Pre Wedding Shoot
This is a way for the happy couple to spend a bit of time with the photographer, to become familiar with what the photographer will require on the wedding day. It is totally informal but the opportunity is for images to be produced that shows the happy couple in a relaxed, fun moment in time. This gives all the chance to understand what is required in posing for shots and gaining confidence for the big day.
Portrait Photography
The portrait photography can be undertaken either in the studio, in your own home or on location. It totally depends on what you are comfortable with and what ideas you have. The location can be either inside (using studio lights) or outside (environmental) using the sun as the lighting source. We can work together to ensure that we find what is appropriate for you in order to deliver the best photography. The session will last one to two hours depending on what is required.
The service also includes options for-
Social and family events, christenings, corporate and charity commissions; images for website, marketing, cards and publications; print sales; image sales and capturing a broad spectrum of landscape locations.
Although my photographic expertise is in Wedding Photography and Portrait Photography I enjoy my passionS of Landscape Photography, Aviation Photography, Wildlife photography and Travel photography. Over the last few years I have attended numerous air shows and travelled extensively to other countries.
Assignments for Landscape Photography, Aviation Photography, Wildlife photography and Travel photography is undertaken on location and is not limited to (Southampton) Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, West Sussex.
MH Photography came about after I took voluntary redundancy from my previous employment which made me reconsider my future and decide what I should do next. I have had a passion for photography from an early age, borrowing my father’s film camera when I was at school. In 1982 I purchased my first SLR and began taking aviation photographs. With many years of taking photographs behind me and having captured images of many different subjects through the years, I decided to utilise this skill and take things to the next stage. I completed some formal photographic training with the “Ray Davenport School of Photography” where I developed my skills in wedding photography & portrait photography and this training was the catalyst for me to take up a photographic career and launch MH Photography.
MH Photography’s aim is to provide you with quality images for Wedding Photography, Portrait Photography. That will provide you with unique memories of the special day whether it is a wedding, birthday, christenings, a new member of the family, a special family occasion or for that very special intimate moment.
